“Functional income distribution: trends and recent debates”. A workshop in Buenos Aires

The study “The dynamics of profits and wages: technology, off-shoring and demand” written by Francesco Bogliacino, Valeria Cirillo and Dario Guarascio relying on the support of the ISIGrowth research project has been presented the 11th of November at the Latin-American conference on “Functional income distribution: trends and recent debates” taking place in Buenos Aires at the local division of the Economic Commission for Latin America. Several researchers from Universities and National Research Centers gather to discuss recent trends in income distribution focusing on the dynamics of labour and capital shares. The paper developed within the ISIGrowth research project provides novel evidence on  the relationship between profits, wages, technology and offshoring.
