Economic growth and social equity

On the 30th anniversary of the death of Nicholas Kaldor, the Corvinus University of Budapest organises a major conference on his legacy, with the title “Economic growth and social equity”, to be held on 30 September 2016 in Budapest. Keynote speakers include Mary Kaldor, Frances Stewart, Anthony Thirlwall, Robert Skidelsky, James Galbraith, with the coordination of Laslo Andor. Parallel workshops will address “Keynes, Kaldor and their legacy”, “Growth models and policies”, “Taxation and inequality”.
